2. General principles

This website is purely informational. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, or social media plugins. Fonts and graphics are loaded exclusively from our own server; no data is transferred to third parties such as Google.

3. Provision of the website and server log files

When you visit this website, the web server processes technically necessary data that your browser transmits automatically: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer). This data is required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website. Log files are archived monthly and automatically deleted after two months at the latest, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.

The website is hosted by DomainFactory GmbH, Neuturmstr. 5, 80331 Munich, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

4. Contacting us by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, company, contact details and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). We delete the data once it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
